Lecht 2090, so named for the resort’s distinction of being 2,090 feet above sea level, is situated in the eastern Cairngorms at the top of the Strathdon- Tomintoul pass.
Well located at the heart of Scotland’s largest national park, the Cairngorm range, Lecht 2090 is one of Scotland’s smallest ski resorts, but nonetheless packs a punch. With 18 runs and 12 lifts across Lecht 2090’s 20km territory, despite being small, Lecht 2090 has a lot to recommend it, including special facilities such as a ‘magic carpet’ travellator, snow tubing on a specially groomed slope and a snowboarding obstacle run, as well as both Alpine and freeriding terrain.
